1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and d63jl ("d63jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the d63jl website at d63jl.vip and all associated gaming services, mobile experiences, and related platforms (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the d63jl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use a d63jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of d63jl or any of its service providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or d63jl.
• You have not previously had a d63jl account closed or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID. d63jl reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any point. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You may register and maintain only one (1) account on d63jl. Any additional accounts discovered to be held by the same individual will be closed and their balances may be voided. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact d63jl support — do not create a new account.

3 Account Responsibility and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d63jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. d63jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available under Account Settings.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. All bets, deposits, and account activities conducted through your d63jl account — whether or not authorized by you — are your sole responsibility. d63jl shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify d63jl support immediately via live chat. d63jl may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

d63jl supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment options may be introduced or removed at d63jl's discretion without prior notice.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals: You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in the same name as your d63jl account. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Processing times vary by tier: standard accounts up to 24 hours; VIP Gold and Diamond receive priority processing.
• KYC for Withdrawals: d63jl is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify player identity before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: All transactions on d63jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP deposits or withdrawals.

d63jl reserves the right to delay or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending completion of a formal investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

d63jl offers various bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• d63jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering, d63jl's determination shall be final.
• Abuse of bonuses — including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account termination.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available on d63jl are governed by the specific game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to the game in question.

d63jl uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers under video surveillance in a controlled studio environment. Results are final once a game round is officially closed and settled.

d63jl reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, after a malfunction of the platform's software or hardware, or where a bet is made in bad faith in exploitation of a known error or technical fault. Players are obligated to report any suspected system errors to d63jl support and must not exploit such errors.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d63jl and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity — including money laundering through casino transactions.
• Registering multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity during KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the d63jl platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposits after using the funds for betting.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

d63jl is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without requiring justification:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time from your Account Settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen reminders at set intervals showing your net gaming session result.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account suspension of 1, 7, or 30 days. During a cool-off, no bets can be placed and no bonuses will be issued.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from d63jl. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the d63jl platform — including but not limited to the d63jl brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of d63jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the d63jl Service for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the d63jl platform without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, d63jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

d63jl's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. d63jl does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The d63jl platform is provided "as is." While d63jl makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11 Termination and Account Closure

d63jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Provision of false identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure for breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Players may voluntarily close their d63jl account at any time by contacting live support. Verified funds will be refunded to the player's registered payment account after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to d63jl.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and d63jl, you agree to first attempt resolution through d63jl's customer support team, reachable via live chat 24/7. If the dispute is not resolved through informal channels within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

You agree that any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

d63jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active players via registered mobile number or email at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the d63jl website.

Your continued use of the d63jl Service after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
